you who belong to sky of diamonds
that made you as brilliant
as it is -- you are
who embrace the darkness
you encounter
and savor the pain you undergo
in your journey
they all made you stronger
and bring you to light
as i am now looking up to you
how can i be like you--strong, tough
and never fail to adjust
at whatever changes may come
wonderful Lucy like diamonds
polished by the past
and by the nature of time
that desired to tear you apart
but never succeeded
